Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, with seals intact, and in its original packaging along with all its original accessories. You’ll also need the receipt that you previously received upon purchase.
Returns are not accepted beyond the 7 days.
Any item, once opened, will be subject to partial refunds. The refund percentage will be determined by the condition of the item, accessories, and the state of the packaging.
Please note that returns pickup is the responsibility of the buyer, who will be charged directly at pickup.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refunded amount will be automatically added to your Mamazland wallet as store credit, ready to use on your next purchase. Please note that the return pickup fee will be deducted from the refunded amount prior to the credit being issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us, within 7 days of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will require you to provide detailed photos or videos of the defect, including images of the packaging and the item from multiple angles.
If the item is found to be damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or any other reason not covered by our defect policy, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
If the defect is confirmed, you will have the option to choose between a replacement item at no additional cost, or refund in the form of store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), pre-ordered items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products, feeding products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
